How we work

We write or call, whichever suits you. After each step you have something concrete in hand.

   We figure it out

   We read the brief, ask questions and look at your current site if you have one.

   You get A work plan, a timeline and a price range.

2. 02

   We design

   Nailya draws the home page and the key screens. We share them by link and revise them with you.

   You get Layouts for desktop and phone.

3. 03

   We write the code

   Alexander builds the site or app. We add an admin panel where you will change things yourself.

   You get A test version you can open on your phone.

4. 04

   We launch

   Domain, server, forms and analytics. We check everything on the live site.

   You get The site online, the accesses and the source code.

5. 05

   We stay in touch

   For a while after launch we fix small things ourselves. After that we can agree on support.

   You get People who know your site from the inside.

Why just two

A small studio has upsides and limits. Better to say so up front.

• You talk to the people doing the work

  A question about the form goes to Alexander, a question about the button colour goes to Nailya. The person doing the work answers.

• Layouts are drawn for the code

  Nailya knows what Alexander can build, and he sees the layouts from the first sketch. Nothing gets lost between design and development.

• One big project at a time

  So sometimes we ask you to wait before we start. We tell you when we can begin right away, in our reply to the brief.

• Two people is the ceiling

  If a project needs a team of ten at once, we will tell you honestly that we are not the right fit.
