Jakoniemi Village
A site for three cabins on Lake Ladoga, with direct booking instead of aggregators.

- What was needed
Most bookings came through aggregators that take a cut. The owners wanted a site of their own where a guest decides on the spot instead of leaving to compare.
- What we did
The site sells the place itself: drone footage, large photos, short copy. The amenities fit in one line. Booking sits right inside each cabin page, and the 20% direct-booking discount is on the first screen.
- More detail
Three houses on Cape Jakoniemi, inside the Ladoga Skerries national park. No staff, contactless check-in, no neighbours. The site had to carry exactly that: quiet, pines, water.
The first screen is drone footage with three short promises under it: arrive like it's your own dacha, a dishwasher and air conditioning, cleaning only between guests. Then the cabins, things to do nearby, reviews and booking through Bnovo.
