An order moves through several apps and changes status often. The system has to survive bad connectivity and dispatcher actions without losing the ride. Many riders still just call 5-25-25, and that path has to keep working too.

We built the 52525.ru site, the rider and driver apps, dispatcher screens, the backend and a VK mini app. The rider app is out on Google Play, RuStore and the App Store. On the site you can price a trip anywhere in the Sverdlovsk region, with the route and fare worked out on our server.

The hard part of a taxi product lives in the seams: a rider places an order, a driver accepts it, a dispatcher steps in, and the network drops for a minute. We mapped those transitions and kept one set of statuses across every app.

Addresses and routes run on our own servers. Geo data lives in the database, background work goes through a queue, and order changes reach the phone without constant screen refreshes.
