Personal data policy

Version of 6 November 2026. This explains what personal data the НАверстали studio site collects, why, and what we do with it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Alexander Pakhomov, self-employed (professional income tax payer in Russia), НАверстали studio. Any question about your data: hello@naverstali.site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the brief: your name, email, Telegram handle, city, the description of the job and any files you attach. Without the brief, the site collects no personal data.

Why

To reply to you and to estimate the job with a price and a timeline. No newsletters; we don't sell or share your data.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the brief. You can withdraw it any time by writing to hello@naverstali.site.

Where and how long

Briefs are stored in a database on our own server, for as long as we discuss the job and no longer than three years after the last email. We delete them sooner if you ask.

Cookies and analytics

The site loads no counters, ad pixels or third-party fonts; fonts are served from our own server. The browser may keep only a technical interface setting.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@naverstali.site; we reply within 10 working days.
